Exciting Team Building Day: An Unforgettable Experience for Scholarship Recipients
ETI's scholarship recipients were in for a treat as they embarked on an unforgettable team building day before their highly anticipated vacation. The event provided an opportunity for participants to engage in physical challenges and virtual reality adventures, emphasizing the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication. With laughter, new friendships, and valuable lessons learned, this unforgettable experience left a lasting impression on their personal and professional development.
As the long-awaited vacation approached, providing a well-deserved break from school and academic responsibilities, we arranged a special team building day for our scholarship recipients. On the first day of July, an exhilarating adventure awaited us at Green Valley Glamping in Šempeter, located in the beautiful Savinjska Valley.
Anticipating a day filled with fun and challenges, our participants embarked on a series of engaging activities. The first task demanded physical exertion as they set out on a quest to locate hidden chimpanzees, requiring quite a few sweaty steps. The second task involved virtual reality, where team members assumed different roles to rescue a prisoner in a virtual world. Transitioning between the real and virtual realms, they diligently searched for clues to secure the prisoner's freedom. Both challenges emphasized the significance of cooperation and effective communication among team members, valuable skills applicable not only in daily life but also in professional settings.
Laughter, innovative ideas, and new friendships characterized the day. All participants praised the exceptional organization of the event, the captivating challenges, and the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
